Do you do vegan or gluten-free cakes?
No, unfortunately, I do not do vegan or gluten-free cakes.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations (including size, flavor, and design) must be requested at least 14 days before the fulfillment date.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required 14 days before the fulfillment date.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the fulfillment date are eligible for a full refund. A 10% processing fee applies to monetary refunds.
Can I cancel within 14 days?
Orders cancelled within 14 days of the fulfillment date are non-refundable.
Do large orders have a different policy?
